💯💯good deal and great staff
First impressions are everything. Female staff member was unfriendly and couldn't be bothered to answer any questions. Menu and available strains were limited as they didn't offer many (if any) popular brands. Store was empty (during a high traffic time). Due to the fact there wasn't any upselling or greetings/conversions with the staff my transaction was quick and timely which was nice, but felt very rushed. I wasn't asked for ID.
This wasn't really my cup of tea as they really didn't offer a great atmosphere, any help, or any form of friendly communication whatsoever. If I were to guess the worker probably just wanted to get off of her shift, which is fine. I don't expect much, but a smile or greeting would have been nice.
Probably won't be back as it didn't feel very welcoming. Could be a good option for you if you want to pick something up quickly and don't need to review or ask questions about any of the available products.
Rohan is an absolute goof. I purchased a bong and it has a hairline crack on it . I've been trying to call this store for weeks to get no response. After I decided to go into the business and let them know that I'm not letting this go this was $100 purchase. The person working at the front decided to call him and wow he actually answered the phone. This guy is an absolute idiot. He will not allow me to speak to the owner of the company. He said he doesn't care about white people they aren't customers .
Racist. We will never shop here again.
