I had a problem with one of their the products the sold me today. Was very upset being told they couldn't refund/or exchange. After I returned home I received a call from the area manager, assuring a full refund showing remarkable 👏 business integrity. 100% recommend this franchise!
I like coming here because the prices are good and the employees are friendly. But it seems like every time I come in they're out of at least one thing I want. Today I came in ready to spend and left empty handed because they were out of everything I wanted. It's been a problem for a long time. I don't know if whoever does your ordering needs to order more of the budget priced SKUs, but it's very frustrating, especially as a fairly loyal customer. I feel like it just makes sense to order *more* of something that's going to be popular.
The manager takes pride in his stores. Having a great culture is something he takes pride in and I think it shows doesnt it?

Bought a 510 cart and when I got home it wouldn't work on any of my batteries( I tried 3 different kinds).
I went back the next day with the receipt and packaging. They claim to have a 48 hour return policy if it doesn't work with receipt. The worker made me go outside with their battery and prove it her and smoke the pen. She made me do it twice and it still didn't work.
I asked other dispensaries if this is common practice and they said no it's illegal. I felt disrespected that I had to step outside the store and prove it.
It took me about a week to process this because I've never had this type of treatment.
