Great customer service experience the best I've ever had actually going into a cannabis store. A specific shout out is owed to Avery who is so amazing! Thanks again Avery!! They have a wide variety of options too which is great. Would recommend going there if you're in Kelowna.

I was also in the store the same time as the individual who left a bad review, and wanted to say I for one am extremely impressed with how they handled the situation. I firsthand saw him being grossly inappropriate with staff members, yet they treated him kindly and fairly throughout the whole experience. This is not the first time he has been banned from stores for his unacceptable behaviour, and likely won't be the last.
I have no doubt that Prime would treat every individual equally and with kindness, whether they are neurodivergent/autistic or not. And I for one am glad they do not tolerate obscene and inappropriate behaviours from customers.

This place is wonderful! They have lots of selection and their hours are amazing , I was helped by Brandon when I was there, he was extremely professional as well as knowledgeable while he recommended a product for me. I definitely will be coming back!
The best of the best. 10x better than other competitors like cannabission on Gordon. Not even close in terms of service and selection. These guys are the top of the crop in Kelowna.
Absolutely amazing!! Affordable prices, great set up (they even have candles) and great selection. Owner is so delightful and dedicated, even open at 8pm on Christmas Day and wouldn't let us tip him! Told us to save it for his staff. Amazing owner, amazing place 10/10 go check it out!!
