I order from here regularly, it's super convenient because you get free delivery! Today I missed the cut off for the 1-3 slots and Tommy, one of the staff took the time to get it sorted and move me to the 1-3. Absolutely phenomenal employee, caring, kind, informative and extremely professional! Love this store and adore its employees!

Bought 10 pack super toast and 3 joints were only half.. thought the weed fell out in box but no crumbs at all...not to happy being shorted.i talked to budtender . They said nothing yall can do...apparently i need to open the weed before leaving the store to make sure. Im Feeling let down. Still love.... I don't believe in shorting people I believe in the honor System but I understand not everyone has the same morals. Thanks guys for listening or reading
Store is nice and staff during shopping experiences have been good. However I spent nearly $175 on product that was not consumable due to how wet the product still was. When brought to staffs attention the response I got was "I'm not sure what you're expecting out of this". Well I expect to be able to consume what I've purchased or get my money back to buy something consumable. Neither of these things occurred. I emailed head office on the website, no response. I left the product out for 10 days and it still was not consumable. I have never wasted so much product in my life. I've told all friends and family who shop here, they've also switch dispensaries at this point. I spoke with other local dispensaries who advised to stay away from imagine due to lack of customer service and care. They also advised this is not normal practice for many places. I'll definitely be spending my money somewhere else. Extremely disappointing. Just a heads up to all if you expect to be able to consume your product you purchase.
