When I used HERB in the past and needed supplies and accessories the staff were very helpful and kind, it made it easy for me to shop and purchase quality items for myself. Pricing can always be better but it is what it is, it's quick and efficient and good location if you're in that area. Thanks to Jade & her team there who was very knowledgeable and had great energy (not fake smiling). If I still used I'd come back but I'll leave it for the other people who enjoy it and can be high functional people. Thanks . Tofazzal

I went in recently to pick up some bits, and the fantastic customer service really stood out to me. I think her name was Gabby/Gabriel. She took the time to listen to what I was wanting and suggested a few different strains I would like. She was knowledgeable, and unlike other spots I've been to, she wasn't just trying to shift old stock or pushing the more expensive bits. Decent selection of flower and hash and prices were fair. I would recommend.

Be aware that they sell to minors. Even after I informed them this was happening and told them the name of the account, they continued to deliver their product to underaged youths. They claimed they check ID but the individual receiving the product was only 15.

I went there to get a resin cart and some pre-rolls. The layout is practically the same as most other stores. The prices are decent given that its location is out of way Burquitlam. If you're a local, this is a dispensary to consider.
