Jan 28 I was provided with over 60 discount 10%. Today the same sales person said she cannot do that and was not authorized. Not my go to store anyways but that disappointing. I really wanted the infused prerolls product so I purchased it anyways with july 24 packing date.

Customer service sucks. Their website sucks even worse. With bearly any pictures. Which resulted in me getting a product that I'm never going to use. They're making me go into the store to return it. When it was a delivery item. ** To the owner who commented** Yes, I was helped to pick out an item. Sadly, one without a picture. I was told it was a Yoda bowl. Not a giant one. That was much too large for my cylicone pipe. If there was a picture. Perhaps I wouldn't have made this error. Speak to whomever runs your site (as this person should be you) and tell them to fix it! As per the return. This was a delivery item. Why? Because I have disabilities. So why was it so inconvenient for your delivery driver to just come and pick it back up? Considering that he was still out and had just dropped said item off? Shouldn't you try a little harder to help out your customers? Instead of making things difficult or rude about it? **Won't be purchasing from here again**

The product I seen was a picture of the shatter, nice golden yellow, Pineapple Express, I look, scroll the page they had of product and decided on P.E., when I got home and opened the product to my surprise to see dark amber color, and don't even get me started on the taste of it. This place will be a no go for me.
