The store attendant should be fired!!!! She is extremely rude and arrogant. And has 0 sense of customer service. We went to the store for first time and my spouse wasn't having id and she told her ' get out of the store' this is the rudest phrase that I have ever heard. Do you think it's appropriate at all when the only think you have to do is attending customers to make sales. We did not buy anything and left the store. She wasn't sorry for her behavior at all and now I have come across other reviews as well and I blv no action has been taken until now regarding this lady. No store gonna run if you are this poor at attending customer's. immediate action should be taken against her so she should realize her mistake and doesn't repeat her actions.
The store associate was too rude with her words ( lady with blonde hair and glasses). We went to the store for first time to explore though one of us was having id but i wasnt having any id and she used this phrase ' you need to get out of the store' This is very inappropriate and is not respectful at all. This lady should be fired otherwise she definitely gonna get the store close soon. This is not the correct language for the customer attendant. She was extremely rude and has no sense to deal with customers and she did not apologise at all. I dun think such arrogant person is the right choice as an associate.
Worst experience ever!!!!!
I've been sitting a few days on whether or not to make this review. Although I've been coming to this store almost daily for a year. The ONLY person I've run into issues with and more importantly my fiance has run into issues with. Madi. Very rude, short tempered and quite literally threw my fiances ids back at him and kicked him out of the store last week (Saturday) for reasons only she knows. If it was only once, then fine we all have bad days! But this is a reoccurring situation where we are met with arrogance and ignorance for whatever reason.
I'd assume your company would take these reviews seriously... and I hope it's dealt with accordingly. Everyone else is an absolute dream to be served by and speak too, it's JUST Madi. And it's starting to feel very personal.
Canna Cabana is my favorite dispensary because the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Customer service is tough enough without people getting upset when staff are just doing their job.
Shoutout to Gwen and Maddie, who were being treated really unfairly by a customer who didn't want to show his ID tonight. They stayed super kind, calm, and professional, when honestly I'm not sure I would have been able to do the same in that situation.

I had a return that absolutely couldn't work for me, and their salesperson Madi, found such an ingenious way to make every thing work. 10/10. She needs a raise, a promotion, or both
