If I could rate a half star to non , I would! Horrible management, Uneducated about their business a products, they False Advertise their products and get mad when you request a refund, like a BAIT an SWITCH! As a young man with terretts, I found horrible service skills here, unfriendliness an horrible vibes, even threatened to call the cops after I requested a refund 3 times, I would NOT recommend going here! Non local/Non Friendly an above all UnEducated #BadBusiness

The regional manager has no customer service skills. I recommend going anywhere but here. I too wish I could give zero stars. I implore others to not ruin your day by going here. I have no problem showing id. However on the sign on the door, which your sales person was instructed to take off, and was doing so as I retrieved my id, stated that you: "Id under 40" As requested by that same girl, even though I'm 45+, i returned with government Id. Upon re-entering, the regional manager stated I now needed to show two pieces of Id. The statement made in an incredibly demeaning manner. Then I was laughed at for being frustrated. No, I have no problem showing ID. I have a problem with the three employees communicated and acted with me

I first heard of the location via word-of-mouth, and many of my friends praised the store for its staff and low prices. During my first shopping encounter at this location, I was nervous since I was new to cannabis and THC products. Luckily, the customer service representative, Mason, was super kind and had upbeat energy to make me feel at home. I bought my first 510 Lit Sticc Taffy battery and HotBox Peach OG cartridge (still my favourites to this day).I usually see Mason now when I come in, and I get excited to come back every time I need something.

I'm only disappointed I can't give them zero stars. Ordered a product off the website and paid for it. Went to collect and was told they did not have it in stock, despite the website saying they had 9. These things happen so I looked for something of similar value and was told I would have to pay for that on top of what I'd already paid for nothing. Asked for a refund so the employee canceled the online order but I did not receive a refund. Was told by the manager it takes 14 working days and to speak to my bank, spoke to the bank and they told me that's a lie, nothing takes 14 working days. It's now a month after the initial purchase, still no refund, and i'm just getting the run around from the company and the staff.
