Great shop! The staff are very helpful and welcoming, they are always bringing new products so there is always something new to try. Pretty sure the management changed over the summer and the store has really improved since. Definitely recommend 👌

This place is bad business. Lack of product in the store, inconsistent hours of operation and limited respect for regular customers. The sales staff are nice but have been lead by poor management. Wouldn't recommend.

Terrible company. Used to work here and they didn't pay me when I worked OT. Worst shop in all of town, only convenient for ubco students, even then there's delivery from other companies. I would never recommend going here

Went in to buy a product. Before I had left the premises I opened the product to ensure that it was full. I noticed it was half empty as if it had been leaking or something. I brought it back within 15min and was told they couldn't return it even though I hadn't used any of it and it was defective. The employee called another employee and then told me they can't return it again. He also informed me that they don't have a manager for that store, so it is what it is. He gave me an email that someone may reply to but not guaranteed. So now I paid full price for a product and got half of it. Terrible service, I will not be going back there. This isn't the first time I've had an issue with Bean either.
