Sadly wont be coming back here. Its a total hit or miss with your money. They don't do exchanges on torn prerolls, and make the customer bear that expense. I thought it was the business' job to take responsibility for defective product but guess not here. I would highly recommend Queensborough cannabis just across the block . They might be a little pricier but at least they exchange a defective product whether it be a preroll or a cartridge.

Love this store. Great prices and staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They really take the time to understand my needs every time I go in which is almost daily. I'm pretty sure anyone giving bad reviews are disgruntled customers who were denied due to lack of proper IDs, and angry about not being allowed purchases over the legal limit anyway.

The tall guy with a mohak is one of the rudest people I've see ever come across in any business. Never been rude to him yet every single interaction with him has been a nightmare. I always spend hundreds of dollars with bc canabiss but due to him I Literally stopped going to the delta location which is closer to me than queensbrough location but i always go there because the people that work there are amazing. I'm sure delta location has lost a good amount customers since every bad review delta location has is about him. Not sure how he has a job. guy doesn't know a single thing about customer service.
