went there and wouldnt accept my 2 id's which clearly states my birthday and name. Both id's were from the government. This is the first time i got rejected entry even though i am legal.

March 5th 2024 close to 6 pm, worst customer service, this girl is not polite and even rude to customers at the cashier. Prices are not bad , products either. But this person has some anger problems. First time that I face this issue at this location.

Incompetent staff here always give me the wrong weed. If they don't have the strain i'm asking for they can just say we don't have it. But they just give me some random stuff. I suppose you could say its my fault for not checking, but most of these packagings are all the same. So I just trust the counter person is giving me what I'm asking for. Not coming back, 5th time this has happened. I dont even smoke sativas

Went there with a girlfriend of mine and the lady that we dealt with there. She was amazing. Kind, courteous and very informative and I've never been into a government-run store like this. Normally I used to go to the guy down the street and look at his supply so I would say this is pretty good 😁

Do NOT recommend this place to anybody. Ridiculous prices and uptight staff, door staff has no knowledge what so ever that different provincial ID's exist. Staff will act bothered if you ask a few questions about products. Dealt with the brown skinned girl with glasses, horrible service. I recommend checking some out the other dispensaries out, they have much better prices and staff who actually want to be there and help you.
