This place is so ridiculous. I went here yesterday and ended up with this broken bent joint and we went back inside right away because we were just right outside and the lady manager goes "you can re-roll it yourself". Isn't the whole point of a pre-roll to not have to roll it yourself? I ask her what happens if it breaks while I'm smoking it. She goes "well u can't bring it back anyways half smoked" when did I say I'd bring it back after smoking?? Just putting words in my mouth at this point. All of the employees said they couldn't take it back and give us a new one because we had already opened it. How would we have known it was broken without opening it?? They said they'd be losing money if they replaced it for us. But what about the customer?? So we pay $9 for a broken joint and can't do anything about it. Don't go here. Such a stupid situation to be in. then she proceeds to slam the joint on the desk a million times in order to try to fix it and then she tells us to call the phone number on the packaging so they could replace it for us. Gave us no real solution. How is it our fault we end up with a broken joint and they don't do anything to fix this? Will NEVER go here again. Such a passive aggressive manager. HOW IS IT MY FAULT TO END UP WITH A BROKEN JOINT????
