I used to love this location/shop as I live close by. Unfortunately, the quality of service has crashed hard. Every time I go in, new employees that don't seem to understand what retail is about. I've been lied to about products, pushed products that aren't even what I'm looking for. I know my stuff, I use Marijuana for my epilepsy. Yesterday I went to return a horrible cartridge that didn't do anything but clog. The employee questioned me if I knew how to use a vape. After I told him I don't like general admission products, he was quick to tell me he used to work for another company that owned GA and I was basically wrong for not liking their products. He suggested I stay away from great brands like sunfarms but perhaps rethink general admission. I know how to use a vape, I know the products that are great for me as well as the ones that shouldn't be in business. Idk what happened to the great employees that used to be here but it look a like I'm going elsewhere. I'm pretty sure schooling a VERY frequent customer if they know how to use products doesn't fall under customer service. Don't bother going here now.
