Since 2009 we’ve been dreaming up spaces for Cannabis lovers to feel at home. As smokers ourselves, we were sick and tired of sketchy alleys leading to bargain basements that made us feel like we were doing something wrong.
Canadians deserved something better, and so we opened our first Smoker’s Corner head shop in downtown Calgary that same year. Finally a bright, clean, welcoming place where marijuana enthusiasts could gather and geek out about cannabis culture – weed, bongs, pipes, vaporizers and yes… even getting high!
After legalization, we knew we wanted to bring that same vibe to selling legal Cannabis (man, sometimes we still can’t believe it).
Canna Cabana was created for people who loved weed (still do) and want to buy it, smoke it, and talk about it in a playful, safe environment. We call that a Cabana and we built it for you!

I bought a elite membership but am unable to use it because you are never open. I've attempted several times to shop during business hours, but the door is always locked. $65 and cannot use it. I bought it from this store because of a disability and cannot drive to another location.
I truly wish I could give this store a higher rating. They offer fantastic deals, the staff is generally very friendly, and they usually have everything I need in stock. Unfortunately, the biggest issue—and the reason for this rating—is that they are closed nearly every time I try to visit. It's incredibly frustrating, especially since the only other option in town charges almost double for the same products. At this point, it's hard to understand how this location continues to operate with such limited accessibility. Also should note, myself along with MANY other people pay $60 for their "elite" member group, but it feels more like I'm paying to them to not be open. Do you give that back? Or am I paying for a "pipe dream?"
Literally every time I go to this store it's closed at the most random times. Like 1pm on a Friday. I don't know if it's the staff locking the doors but not a good way to run a business. This has happened to me at least 6 times. Won't be returning.
Disappointed by Recent Price Hikes
I've been a loyal customer for a while and even purchased the premium membership for an extra $35 to save on products. However, I was extremely disappointed on my last visit.
I went in today to restock and buy a new vape, but I noticed the prices have dramatically increased. I'm talking about a $20 to $100 jump on various products, especially on all the flower. This feels redundant now that the membership doesn't even make a significant difference.
While the staff has always been friendly and helpful, these sudden price increases are a major letdown. It's frustrating to feel like the value I once relied on is no longer there. I hope the pricing issue is addressed, as it's making me reconsider where I shop in the future.
Solid 3 star... very disappointed. After picking out my selection, it went behind the conter immediately, never got a chance to look at the product, and with there being a small line up, I wanted to be in and out so as the next customer can get what they are after.
As soon, as I looked at the receipt, I realized I made a mistake, the product I purchased was packaged November, 20th 2023.... are you serious? It's that old? It was the most expensive dust I've ever purchased, because that's what it turned into first grind lol
