The staff here are the WORST. Plus they sell very OLD product, and if you try to return it (with receipt and unopened), they ban you from the store. Absolutely the worst shop in Winnipeg to go to.
Vape pen came with cracks fresh out the box. I suspect it was used and returned, but I could be wrong about that part. ( i have pictures ) I went back inside and they saw one of the cracks and said it was just the plastic and that it functioned well. I don't want a product that comes with cracks even if it's functional. I nodded and left.

I had been shopping with the joint for about 7 years now and I never had an issue until now. I purchased a 1 gram disposable dab pen 1 night before I came in to this issue and I took about 3-4 puffs out of it and it stopped working. I called and asked them to return they told me to bring it in and they will exchange it. I went in and showed them the product and right away the east Indian guy is telling me it looks empty "indirectly accusing me of scamming them lol." So then he told me he's gonna weigh it, I told him to do it and he didn't want to weigh it after and saying he's going to call the manager instead. The flamboyant fellow on the other end, continued laughing at me and being super rude the whole interaction acting as if I'm lying. I told them I'm a customer and that's not the way to speak to someone and they just laughed in my face. Then I had called the regular location i go to, explained the situation and they told me to come in, the manager looked at the pen and started laughing saying it's not empty it's full and said it was diamond thc so it looks different and he didn't understand why they didn't accept the return. Overall I give you 0 stars, negative if possible. I will never come back to this location ever again even if you have free items lol. Educate your workers on how to respect paying customers! You're not there for just the pay cheque!
