Have been a customer for years, bought a disposable yesterday after work that turned out to be extremely burnt. Called today right after work at 4:13 requesting if it could be exchanged/returned due to being faulty. Girl on phone said she would call me back in a few minutes, called back at 5:30 saying all they could do is offer me 5% off on the next one I buy (the same discount they bribe people to give them five stars for here lol) because it was past the warranty that she didn't explain without coaxing. Was a "24 hour" warranty which I think I could've maybe made if the question was replied to promptly. Regardless, I lost 40+$ due to a faulty product of there and am the one losing- a 5% discount isn't helpful lol. All other dispensaries I've been to have been much more reasonable with faulty products.
Eva at St. Nob PF was great with helping me find the perfect vape juice. The store was clean, organized and welcoming! Will return in the future for my vaping needs.

Came with my wife to buy an 18650 battery only. I forgot my ID, acknowledged it, and offered to leave so my wife could purchase.
Staff declined, saying it's "illegal" to sell anything to our party because we've been recorded on camera.
I explained to the staff member that we had no intention of buying cannabis, nicotine liquid, or a vaporizer—just an battery.
I understand age-restricted rules, but an battery? Will Manitoba Government fine $3,000 to store, just because sell a battery to a person who holds a valid ID? Moving my business to other vape shop.

I recently visited your Pembina location in Winnipeg and had an experience I would like to bring to your attention. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by an employee, who was blonde and pony tail bun and while browsing, the same employee approached my friend and me to check our IDs. I presented my valid ID, but my friend did not had his.
My friend immediately indicated they would leave the store, but the employee then asked both of us to leave. I explained multiple times that I was not there to purchase cannabis—just browsing—while another friend was purchasing a nicotine vape. Despite this, I was still asked to leave the store.
I understand and fully respect your ID verification policies. However, I do not believe there is a clear policy stating that a customer with valid ID must leave simply because someone they are with does not have ID, especially if that person has already agreed to leave.
I believe this situation could have been handled with better customer service and communication. I encourage management to provide additional training to staff on handling such situations professionally and respectfully, ensuring customers who follow policy are not unnecessarily turned away.
