Jade the district manager is an absolute gem and is incredibly good at her job. I witnessed her dealing with an incredibly rude customer saying he did not need to provide government issued ID. Jade stood by the law and company policy and refused to service this incompetent fellow. He made a huge scene visibly making her uncomfortable and threatened, this happened at 5:40 pm on March 27 2024, absolutely unacceptable and I know he's going to leave a bad review so I hope this counteracts that! Their team is incredible and doesn't deserve this treatment for enforcing the law, WELL DONE JADE! Thanks for everything you do! Everyone please shop here!!

Door and website say open 10-10pm but they close at random times. I showed up before 9 and they were already completely closed dark and empty inside… not a great way to run a business.
