I got " helped " by some guy with a blond curly pony tail. Horrible costumer service , he acted as if I was about to run away with their product. Wouldn't let me properly see what I was even buying. Very rude and gave me a horrible experience. Love the location but will NEVER be coming back.
I asked for shatter. And was told I was getting shatter had a long drive home. Only to find out I was sold hash, which I absolutely hate. Waist of money and time. Won't come back and won't recommend.
Had an amazing 1st experience last week. Was driving by, never heard of this franchise and decided to check it out. Amazing selection of yummy goodies, fantastic service by very friendly and super knowledgeable Courtney 💜 Highly recommend to check out!!!
Do not go to this leaf life location you will be treated like an idiot. Bought a cartridge and a Kodo pro battery here last week and was told at the time of purchase if I had any issues to come back and they'd have my receipt on file, I was not even given the option of a physical receipt.
Went back today as the cartridge started leaking badly, and after the tiniest fall (less then a foot) the battery got a giant crack in it. The customer service rep I dealt with from the minute I walked into the store treated me like I was stupid, I told him what I was told and instead of listening and telling his manager what I told him he just told me don't leave the cartridge in a hot area and other then that there's nothing he can do for me.
No apologies no offer to speak to the manager myself (I'm assuming he was in the back with the way the service rep kept slamming the door to go talk to him) nothing.
Never have I ever been treated so poorly at a dispensary. This service rep either needs some more training on how to properly deal with customers, as when someone else walked in asking for help with something he was of no help to them either, or he needs to be fired and find a different industry to work in.
I will never return to this leaf life or any other due to the horrible treatment I received today. If you want a dispensary with good customer service or even excellent customer service try Dank or anywhere else but here unless you want to be treated like you're an idiot.
