Incredible independent weed store just off centre street. The budtenders make every visit the BEST experience, and I always leave with great recommendations for my next visit! Athena remembers you by name, as well as your favourite products, Austin is always cheerful and enthusiastic to help in your selection. Vee, Daniel, Hailey, and Rowan are also incredible! I've been to many dispensaries in Calgary but this one never fails to make my day. I always enjoy my visits to Highland, with their huge selection, awesome team, and immaculately clean store.

We have had excellent service most of the time. Especially when we bring the dog haha. Rowan has been great every time h7r whomever the one gentleman working Sunday March 10th pm was something else... a line of 4 people and he is playing with a door frame and then was an absolute space case with everything we asked for. Ie: Do you have bong cleaner? ...... uhhhya...this one? Well, yea do have any others? ...no... So then yep...that'd be the one.... Anyways, maybe save the thc for mid shift not pre? Lol

Clean store and staff are friendly. This used to be my go to place as it's close to my business. Unfortunately I no longer shop here due to their 24hr return policy. Bought a $47 cartridge, opened it and it was defective. I returned it unused 4 days later with original packaging and receipt and was denied a refund or exchange. I have shopped here for a couple of years and have never returned anything. It is not reasonable to expect a person to open the product and be able to go back within 24 hrs for a return. A complete waste of money and clearly they do not stand by the products that they sell. The new place I go to has a 2 week return policy which is a lot more reasonable and a lot less scammy.
