Good luck trying for delivery. This place literally has monthly meetings about how terrible their website is. The one place that delivers here and they have to make it difficult. Don't bother with this place.
Guy who helped us was very nice and made some great suggestions for us. Store was very clean and bright.
First and last time I go there not only do they not have much for vaps but sell me the wrong kind and barely broke the top seal and left with the wrong kind now. First and last time should have just stuck with urban leaf where they know what there doing.
Not sure how to reply to your comment but I did go inside and because I had peeled the top of the seal (which was less then half) when I realized,
I went in and talked to them and was told they couldn't take it back due to the law and could loose her job. I mentioned that this was her mistake but now I'm stuck with a product that I don't use . If I could get 50% off towards a product that I do use or something like that I was offered 15% on a 43 dollar product.
I was told there is nothing they could do beside a 15% off on a higher priced product when I was looking for a 25 dollar sale.
Could have been offered refunded to the 26 bucks with a 15% off a product but was handled very poorly for a mistake on there behave.
Best dispensary I've ever been to hands down not even close. Excellent product, even better staff and customer service. 10/10 if you are ever in the area go here. Specifically the north location. They are hands down the best in Grand Prairie
