Very friendly and informative
I used to like this place however I won't be going back again. Firstly, I bought a cartilage, I got home and put it on my battery to find it wouldn't work. I immediately called the store as I was there only 40 minutes prior, she told me to bad basically without a receipt….fine. Next day I come back to get a new one, I buy the same brand and this time I brought my battery. I get to my car, try it and it doesn't work. I go right back in the store show the lady both of the cartilages and explained I was the lady from yesterday this one is also not working. She gives me a look, takes the cartridge and puts it in there batteries and tells me it's completely fine…I thought it was odd because I tried it in all of my batteries and none of them worked…but they all worked prior to this. I said okay fine must be my battery. I buy a new battery and take both the cartilages home (I live half hour away). I get home and try the new battery with the cartilages and nope it sure didn't work.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. In my experience they have got, great selection and are open to new recommendations. You can't ask for anything better when Chelsi is in the store. She has an immense knowledge of their product and she is very aware of preferences. I always seem to come Away with what I have requested. Thank you for the continued great service and knowledge!
