I went to trees and had such amazing service! Alyx, thank you for all your knowledge, patience, and kindness. You made the experience WAY less intimidating, and is the reason I will be returning in future.
I have been in this store many times, staff interactions have always been positive and helpful. When I have run into an issue with a product (vape cartridge) Jason (manager) took care of me without any issue.
Him and the staff are the reason I keep coming back.
The workers at this location are some of the best I've had the pleasure of meeting. This review is not about any of the staff at this location other than Jason the store manager. This person should not hold this position. He is disrespectful he does not listen, and really does not value his customers. His workers do not respect him because of his behaviour. If anyone at trees upper management is reading this you should coach him on how to interact with customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere only because of him. It's too bad because I like everyone else there. I hope someone above Jason reaches out to me so I can explain further. "EDIT" regional manager reached out to me and basically said he us ok with his disrespectful employees and backed their behaviour. AVOID TREES CANNABIS they don't actually value their customers
Good product, never had an issue. They have decent pricing. Great friendly staff. It's my go to Dispensary
The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and can put even the most inexperienced anxious customers at ease. My go to place that I'll drive out of the way to visit!
