It was my first time visiting the store and was overall impressed with product quality, however, the young guy working was rude and dismissive. He didn't even ask if we needed help and when asking questions about product he seemed bothered and treated me like I was an idiot for not knowing thc/cbd content. I think I'll stick to literally ANY other dispensary, where you're met with kindness and common human decency.

We have always received amazing customer service from Seed and Stone! We are consistently impressed at how late in the day we can place an order for delivery that same evening. Most recently, I placed a rather large order and it was delivered for free in under two hours. An employee called and informed me they were out of stock of an item, but they could substitute in another similar product if I liked. They included a handwritten note apologizing for the inconvenience (which wasn't really a huge deal in the first place) and some stickers! Thanks Seed and Stone for providing quality service.

Came in purchased a few items when paying machine went down at last minute payed again. The next morning my bank contacted me to say I was double charged went back with bank statement in hand and was told there's nothing that they can do about it. Thats theft in my mind. Avoid this place

I used to shop here as a regular. How to fail by Seed and Stone: 1) Dropping your discounts for indigenous people... its "Songhees" listed right on the sign. Idiots. 2) Dropping military discounts. Idiots. 3) Overpriced weed. Cheaper just down the street. 4) Treating staff like garbage. The only reason I keep going there is to see the amazing bud tenders. Credit where is due, the only reason this location is still running is because of the people working there.

The staff here are rude, and just expect you to know everything there is in the store, and where it's located. I like to expand my cannabis stores, but then this is a reminder to stick with the other place I go. Anxiety sucks, and unnecessary attitudes make it very unhelpful
