Had an experience at this place several several weeks ago in regards to leaving a one-star review because of their high prices on pre-rolls in few joints
After leaving the review I went in the next day only to be asked why I lowered their rating and how dare I leave that review. By two specific employees That was the basic conversation. I let the one-star review linger for several weeks to see if the owner would actually make any sort of Headroom on lowering pre-rolled prices as they have several other ones to reviews in regards to this as well. He did not but because of the way that the staff was treating me I deleted the one-star review. Nothing changed at that point even was still treated the same way. By said employees
I decided to reach out to the owner of the store to get this figured out again and left the one-star review to get him to contact me. He contacted me right away but then treated it as though he had to do nothing for me and only needed to coach his employees he asked me if I was looking for anything else I told him I'm not the one that has to ask you for anything you are the one that needs to offer something if that's what you want to do I will leave it in your hands and it's your choice. Well his choice was to laugh at me under his breath and then I decided to hang the phone up because as far as I'm concerned an owner that laughs at somebody with concerns like mine and then doesn't offer anything to make up for it doesn't deserve to be an owner o ..
Only place in the area that says they are open till 11 yet they are closed Before 11. If you're not gonna stay open to your posted store hours on your window/door and your website then why even have it posted. You should either stay open to the time you say you're gonna stay open too or change your posted store hours for when you actually close so you're not misleading customers.

What a joke. This isn't worth the money I paid. Absolutely way over priced for Absolutely nothing. Plus it was already 15% off and still almost 70$
