I'm a old-timer pot smoker and I ventured into Khatsahlano.Kannabis to get a new strain of flower. James behind the counter was incredibly helpful and kind and I went away from the shop feeling absolutely satisfied and in a very good mood so thank you very much!!! And the product is great! Highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️

This store has been open since I moved into this neighborhood and I've been visiting for just as long, the staff knew my dog by name before they knew me. They always take care of me when I come in with specific questions and I've never had any issues with products or people. I recently visited and through a manufacturing error had to stop back in just two days later, I've never been more satisfied with customer service in the cannabis industry than I was today after dealing with JR and the team. Thank you.
