The current manager Ashley has poor customer service and is very rude. I would not recommend this location as she does not even have experience and patience to make a recommendation but rather direct you to read the wall. We want Justin back he was fantastic with customers and is a pleasure to deal with.
Hello sir / mam . today I am here to acknowledge you about the situation and treatment happened with me at value buds store which was one of my favourite and most visited store for last 1.5 years .
But today how rudely and unprofessionally , even threatened by the employees of the store on Sunday 31st of August . I was in the store exact at 10:50 PM . Me and my 21 yers old friend just walked with good mood in the store but unfortunately he forgot his id so there is announcement to leave the people who don't have there id . So he left as per i don't have coins the bill was $ 10.40 and he just came in to hand over the coins he came to the door and left same form there but I don't know why the white big guy was so rude and cancelled my stiva double ditches which was almost in the bill .
Therefore there is a one more guy who was without his id and got the stuff . Which was illegal. If you guys have surveillance
My go to dispensary for the last year and by far one of the best Value Buds around! Store is always clean and well stocked, clear expectations around ID and friendly, knowledgeable staff & management make every trip super easy :) Keerat, Lei and Thailee are always super patient and kind w me as well!
This location has amazingly great staff members , they are more than helpful and friendly, always making sure needs or questions are met with a smile and answers! Thank you for the great customer service, and thoughtful assistance every time! Keep it up!!
This store has terrible customer service. I'm a regular and always carry my ID, but the way they treat people is rude and disrespectful. I'm spending my money, not coming in to be talked down to or pushed around.
The worst part? They're completely inconsistent. One time I saw them serve someone who literally said they didn't have ID — which is illegal. But another day, I brought my friend who forgot his ID, and they kicked him out with attitude. Same situation, totally different treatment. How is that fair?
I go almost every week and it's always some new drama with the staff. I won't name names, but I'm done supporting a place that treats regulars like this. They clearly don't care.
