Horrible customer service. We bought a vape cartridge and battery and tried it the next day and couldn't get it to work. My wife went back to ask if we were doing something wrong. Turns out the battery was defective. The salesperson commented that some of them are bad. He then said he couldn't replace it, or give a refund and we would have to contact the manufacturer. He also said that maybe it broke after we got it home. When my wife got home, I went in to hear it for myself. I said that I wanted to clarify that even though we've been going to the Richmond store since it opened, they were willing to throw away our business for a $10 battery. He said yes. I then asked that given they have the same products, and are forced to price everything the same, how do they expect to compete with the three other stores on the block, if not with superior customer service. We'll, they got what they wanted. We'll never go there again. I recommend Unplugged 8 doors down.

One of the worst store I have ever seen. I have called the store at 20:58 and confirmed with one of the employee named Berklin, she confirmed that the store is open till 22:00 and I drove to the location in 15mins and by the time I arrived it was 21:15 and the store is closed and the sign says its open. So i called the store and now the employee tells me that her manager ( Sarah) told her to close by 21:00. They couldn't even communicate it to me don't understand why they are running this store and moreover they don't even say a simple sorry for what happened and instead are being sarcastic for what happened. Maybe they are lighting up some joints inside not sure. The owner of this store needs to feel ashamed for running such store with such employees and good luck running in future. I can guarantee me or my friends will never be encouraging this store.( PS: The store sign still says OPEN by the time I went there and they had paper on the door with store hours and the they have striked 22:00 to 21:00 😂)

The best dispensary service I've ever received is from this location! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Everything is quick and easy, and the store front is always so clean and organized. I've had many questions and everybody always has an answer for me, or they inquire with a coworker.
