Extremely rude employee. I went in and was immediately greeted in a negative manner for absolutely no reason. It is unfortunate, because this place does actually have some nice products. However, I won't be shopping here again. Don't recommend.

left an honest review about the ignorant employee i had to deal with, after reading numerous others about the same guy. j sent an email at the same time & all i get back is a copy & pasted response with the email to explain further what the exact issue is..yet i got no response via email? i think its pretty clear what the issue was. ive never been treated so poorly by someone where i was spending my money. he was beyond ignorant. whoever tries to manage this place should be embarassed. my first & last time stepping foot in a tokyo smoke.

absolutely ignorant 'man' working. certainly hope he isnt a supervisor/ manager for the way he talks to staff. learn to appropriately have a conversation with a customer who came to spend money in your store. my first time in a tokyo smoke and i will NOT be back.

One of two locations I've been to, this one doesn't stock quite as much product range, but unless you're after something very specific, you're likely to find something that works for you. Friendly & helpful staff, prices a bit on the high side compared to some places, but not much difference.
