The quality and selection is amazing. For a same day delivery, the prices, $30 minimum order and no delivery charge makes them highly unique in this business. Best on the web. This used to be a great store and I was one of their best customers. I just don't appreciate the immaturity and attitude from one female employee. Absolutely cold and should not be in retail. Ben, Gill, Sam and a couple others are great at THC and a few bad ones with no knowledge just attitude. They could do better…the LCBO and Beer store have great employees and are always enjoyable. Maybe this canna store can take notice to those standards.

What a wonderful store, wide spectrum of products, competitive pricing, it's a small gem in the ocean of big canabis chains in Keswick. Staff is great , especially Samantha, super knowledgeable and friendly, a pleasure to talk to and learn from.
