The female manager here is extremely rude and unprofessional. She claimed I was committing fraud when she refused to accept a return. I picked a strain that I don't like by accident and noticed before leaving the store. I asked to return it for a different stain and her computer wouldn't allow it due to a limit of $100 for returns. She claimed it was my credit card that was the issue and she couldn't help. I called visa in store and they told me to leave the product and dispute the charge. She proceeded to call me a scammer and said I will be charged if I leave. She was acting CRAZY. She later called me and offered a full refund because she realized the issue was her system, not me or my credit card. I refuse to go back to this store after being labelled a scammer and a thief by this woman. She was literally yelling at me, never been so embarrassed for not doing anything wrong in my life. I can assure you that this happened in the location I am reviewing (Sunningdale and Adelaide)
