Amazing place with amazing staff. Isabella (Izzy) provided me a wonderful service. Even i am regular and never choose smth different from what i usually take, she recommended me a new weed to try and tbh its fire. Staff is SUPER friendly and i really appreciate welcoming environment. Tried Havok, One Plant, Ashario but this stays the favourite store and location. HR or whoever hired people at this location, must to be proud - they hired very good salesman's & saleswomen and actually people who care. Love you all 💋
All the staff are super chill and Paige does a great job running the store. Great people and they take care of their customers, they order things for their customers unlike /other/ places that do sketchy deals and only supply certain brands. Starbuds really caters to their customers needs and goes out of their way to do the best they can for every one of them. They also carry some of the best product on the market, made by Unit 15 and that's hard to find elsewhere in my city. I'm so grateful for this store.
Such a nice shop! I am always greeted with a friendly smile. They have knowledgeable kind staff, and decent prices. I love seeing Paige, she is a great shopper attendant. Beyond Helpful, knowledgeable and just brings a human feel to the store.

I have unfortunately had to edit my review for 3 reasons 1) on 4 separate occasions spanning only a few months, and always on a Sunday night, the store was closed 10 to 15min early (including a few weeks ago,, when a manager came to tell me I Cant come in 10+ min before closing). If you are a smoker, a nice joint after a big home cooked Sunday night Family meal( as we do around here) is a traditional way of life in East Barrie. And to be told to my face during buuisness hours no, is unacceptable.
2) Poor hours in general.
It makes me wonder if the owner started selling weed for his passion and love and knowledge of the plantt, or is in it for the cold hard capitalist potential this buisness start offers?
I tend to think the 2nd. U close at 9 pm on Wed. And 10pm Fri and Sat?
Sorry but that is a joke.
3) Your points program allows Me absolutely nothing.
So if the Government says u cannot give away weed as perk from points earned, then at least show some gratitude and give us free tee shirts or something.
At the end of the day, I'd almost trainer weed be illegal again. At least mmuy loyalty was appreciated and it was a buyers market, not this ungrateful sellers market we have now.
