Honestly, if it wasn't for the delivery service, I'd probably give it less. Mind you, most of the staff specifically the three young males that work in there are SOLID at everything they do from knowledge to customer service. I don't know their names but they're black, white and brown. Sorry. If they're working, everything is A+, but if they're female counterparts are working I can guarantee I'm walking into an uninterested staff member that is likely just trying to get me out and trying to get back on their phone or if I call in they can't give me any answers and they're honestly rude, especially the blonde ish one with the piercings who always has a friend in the store with her. My biggest problem is though they have deliveries slated for certain time slots, but never ever update a customer if their deliveries are delayed which happens quite a lot.

I'm not a regular, but I was looking for some pain management post surgery, and was looking for some higher CBD options. Taylor was extremely helpful and recommended a few options for me to try. She was very kind and knowledgeable about the products. I had come in with my partner originally, and when he had went in a couple weeks after my surgery, Taylor asked how I was feeling. To me she went the extra mile and shows that she really cares about the customers she serves. The staff here are truly amazing!!! 10/10 recommend.
