I've consistently experienced issues here with something I've ordered, or even just seen on the website, not actually being in stock. I have also had orders that were incorrect or missing items, which has happened multiple times.
Most recently, I had an issue where I ordered items online, was called and told they were out of stock, and was told a refund had been processed online. This refund never came through because (according to my bank) refunds from Dutchie may not match the original transaction that shows under SPIRITLEAF, so it didn't go through.
The store owner was eventually able to work with me and provide a refund, which I am very grateful for. But after the amount of trouble I had to go through for that to happen (calling in, being told to wait 5-7 days, then being told to come into the store, then being told to call the manager directly because they weren't there when they said they would be and asked me to come in, etc) and the previous history of issues with orders, I've decided not to shop with Spiritleaf going forward, and wanted to make sure others were aware of a potential lengthy and difficult refund process for order placed and paid for online, if in the event that something in the order is not available.
