Just went in there for my first time, the budtender (Kim) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and was very easy to interact with. She was very informative, helped me navigate how to become a member. And you can really tell that she cares about the customer experience. Would definitely recommend! The shop itself was clean, good selection, decently priced. But the great customer service will have me coming back.

Probably never going back just because of the staff who just served me. She was a blonde female. Everyone there is generally great but she had such a bad attitude. After making a purchase I asked if she could break a $5 bill as I needed change for the bus to get home. Told me she can't do that because she already made the transaction… the till was still open and I work in a place with a toll and if it's open the fact I made a purchase shouldn't matter. The only reason I went to was to get change and was also mind blown they don't have bags and she was also rude about that. Value buds is close by and the staff are much friendlier and is a lot more affordable for the exact same products.

Smokeys is the best dispensary in the neighbourhood. The manager is very kind and has an indepth knowledge of Cannabis. His customer service is brilliant and he takes time out to have a proper conversation with customers instead of giving robotic responses that you get in other stores. Would highly recommend anyone visiting the store 😊

I had the worst/rudest interaction I've ever had at a dispensary here. My girlfriend & I showed the man working here our valid IDs (we're both 25+) and he tried to tell me my ID looked fake because it wasn't holographic? He was condescending and talked down to us when he could have just scanned the ID and seen that it's valid. We've been to multiple dispensaries in the city, none of which we had issue with. I've been using this same real ID for years now and never once got told it looked fake. The employee here acted as if he would be doing us a favor to let us buy anything. There are plenty of other friendly dispensaries in the area, I'd recommend visiting one of those instead.

The 510 cart I bought here was obviously stored upside down….. hence, when I purchased it, I could only hit "battery" instead of the cartridge, then I looked and saw the entire bubble was at the bottom where all the holes are.. Additionally, yall have zero batteries?! That was disappointing. The main purpose of my visit was to get a new battery. The guy at the counter wasn't very friendly, and honestly gave me a weird vibe.. Is this why the storefront is all smashed up currently?
