best store in Cornwall, staff is always very helpful and friendly. Great prices and variety
Was told by this store time and time again to keep my receipt for my vape cartridges just in case anything went wrong not once did anybody tell me to keep the original packaging it's an envelope that you rip the top off. Went to return one that had failed halfway through and they told me I needed the package I had the receipt. So for a $35 cartridge that they refused to make right they've lost my business I will go elsewhere. Thing that's wrong with businesses nowadays is they don't think of the future they don't think of the $200 a month I spent there for $35 sheesh what happened to customer service. If it was my business I would have just ate the 35 not worried about getting my money back so that customer would return but that's lost on people nowadays zero Stars but again that's not really an option so you get one star begrudgingly
We buy spinach brand distillate cartridges because they don't clog. We were told Time and Time Again by this store to keep our receipt just in case anything goes wrong not once did anybody tell us to keep the original package envelope that it came in. we had one fail halfway through and I went to return it with the receipt and they said oh we need the original package to get our money back.
So they refused to make it right and lost my regular business over a $35 cartridge.
There are lots of pot stores in the area I will be buying from some one else and telling everyone to about my experience.
Had to give one star because zero stars is not enough option.
Went in today looking for something to help relax and beat this heat and the BudTender Katelynn C. assisted me and was absolutely fantastic! I got set up with a great variation of Cartridges for my Vape Pen and a nice refreshing Rootbeer to boot :D 10/10 !! Thanks for the awesome service Katelynn and OnePlant ðŸ˜
