Visited Purple Moose recently and was blown away by the experience! Usually, when I walk into a dispensary, it feels a bit… sketchy—but this place was the total opposite. Was immediately greeted and smiled at. Normally at other places, I get a casual nod lol.
The staff (especially Bobby, and another amazing team member whose name I sadly forgot) were so friendly and helpful. I wasn't shopping for myself; I needed help picking out a few items for a gift basket for my brother. Bobby asked thoughtful questions about him, which led to spot-on recommendations. When I gave my brother the gift, he was ecstatic—and honestly amazed that I knew exactly what to get. He commented that the flavors were so tasty.
Would come back here again!! Also the store was kept so clean and I really liked the displays unlike other stores. Looks like I found my go-to!! Highly recommend the peach flavored sativa pre-rolls.
This is my go to spot. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. No need to go anywhere else but the Purple Moose.
August 8,2025 7:40pm. I visited this store today and was met with complete indifference from the cashier. No greeting, no "hello," not even a glance in my direction. There was zero acknowledgment or basic courtesy. If I owned a brand, I would never hire someone like this to represent it first impressions matter, and this was a very poor one. And I see that there are other bad reviews about the same exact cashier. This shows me how little you take customer feedback seriously. You guys are pretty overpriced tho.
Some 5 ft asian guy working on 11/07 was just racist. Didn't give proper answers or suggestions. No greetings and just rushed me at the store. Why would someone employ such people.

Tyler is the guy. Just nice energy. You can see he doesn't mind serving customers. There are afew others that are cool. BUT theres 1. A women with glasses. Short. Seems to be there on weekends. Absolutley nasty human. Condescending from the moment she walked out from back.
If that individual is working on a day I show up and tyler or one of the other awesome budtenders are not there, I'm , 100% walking out and getting my herb elsewhere.
