queens in t town has been my go to place for years.come from ladner, for the' everyday' seniors 10% discount, till today i found out, the owner Calvin is only going to honor the discount 1 day a week? just like the competition. imagine does? not sure why alot of us go there for that discount..if they do i can go go by my house on monday to imagine and get my discount,this makes me sad,and dont feel a loyalty to their long time customers.☹

bought a cart from here and it shorted my battery. they would not exchange for a new cart same flavour less than 30 minutes after I had just bought it I didn't even leave the parking lot yet. terrible service go to inspired instead they have 100x better service, they were not helpful at all.

So I've had great experiences with the 2 black people that work there always awesom helpful. There's 2 new girls whom are Punjabi I know bc I am myself and I need rolling paper she's like all we have is on display I insist that where they store the stock there is regular size then she gets defensive and says I wud know I work here her coworker gently opens the second cupboard and boom right there was exactly wat I needed 2nd girl just literally called a person who came after me to order before me I didn't want to make a scene about it so I let it go. Last incident which I had was couple knew what they wanted and she kept ok conversing with em instead of checking out so I wud have to wait longer and you know when u can jus tell someone holds resentment against you and these 2 are like my skin colour😭 how do not know where the rolling paper is working at a dispo 😭 current state of Canada needs foreign workers so bad they hire literal rtards
