I'm just writing to say that you've officially lost a regular customer; for the third time within the past month I have shown up to this location, all roughly around 11am, to a sign saying that "they've popped out". You open at 9am, if you can't be staffed for the first 2.5 hours of the day, then have later starting hours. Furthermore, calling your store doesn't actually help since there isn't a voicemail/answering machine. Just an automated voice system telling you to either come to the store or try again later. There are 7 dispensaries in Stratford, let this be a lesson, if someone comes to your store when its supposed to be open and they find its not, they will go elsewhere. Not blacklisting this company, just this location.
