Every time I order online I have to check to make sure everything is in the bag even when they read it out in store. At least half the time something is missing, if there are duplicate items the quantity is often wrong. As well as forgetting accessories or small items.

I recently visited Olympia Cannabis in Chesterville and have mixed feelings about my experience. While there were a few positive aspects, there were also some drawbacks that prevented me from giving it a higher rating. On the positive side, the store had a decent selection of cannabis products. They offered a variety of strains and formats, catering to different preferences. The staff members were generally knowledgeable and willing to answer questions, which I appreciated. The store itself was clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. However, there were a few drawbacks that affected my overall impression. Firstly, I found the prices to be higher than expected. While I understand that quality products come at a cost, I felt that some items were overpriced compared to other dispensaries in the area. Additionally, the waiting times were quite long during my visit. Despite the store not being overly crowded, the staff seemed understaffed, leading to delays in service. Overall, Olympia Cannabis in Chesterville has its strengths, such as a decent product selection and knowledgeable staff. However, the higher prices and longer waiting times were disappointing. With improvements in these areas, it has the potential to offer a more satisfying customer experience.
