Staff is amazing they always let me know when they have a new product because they know that I like to test different types. The prices are very reasonable and they even have things set up for a loyalty program. I like the pre rolled joints as I have a hard time rolling my own.
Very rude customer service staff on Friday. The woman whom works here was dropping F bombs while
talking to customer. After customer left I asked how much the edibles were and she told me to look it up on the company Ipad.
She started yelling when I asked why there were no prices listed on anything. "There are no prices on things cause prices change!" "You know like Sobeys & Tim Horton"
I ended up going to another weed supply store.
I will never shop here and will make it a point to warn friends as well
Very rude staff
Went here on a Friday afternoon only to be yelled at by an employee whom had an issue with people asking for a price.
I was told"look it up on the company I pad" when I was the only customer in the store.
I guess she was upset that I interrupted her cigarette break, as she was smoking outside when i was walking in.
I ended up going to a dispensary a couple blocks away and they had no problem giving me prices on products.
I hope the owner or manager reads this as I sure would want to know which staff member is causing customers to go spend money elsewhere.
we almost went somewhere else but we're really grateful we found this gem. very affordable prices, lots of sales, and very friendly staff. we almost bought what we regularly purchase at weed shops, but the staff made a recommendation that had lots more product yet was cheaper than what we originally wanted (and the quality is much better too). they cared more about recommending good deals rather than just taking our money for a sale. this was my favourite experience at any cannabis shop, would definitely recommend to everyone.
