You have to ring a bell to enter but they will not open the door for you if you are brown. I double checked if this was happening for real and so i waited for a non brown person (caucasian) to ring the bell and tadah they opened.
Staff are always very friendly and accommodating. Great service.

I've never had a bad experience going to Hey Bud! They always have a great variety and every staff member is so knowledgeable on each product. My dog Ted also loves to visit his best friends!
I went here shopping for my wifes Christmas present/stocking stuffers; I'm not particularly well educated with the products however the staff were extremely helpful and patient. They were insightful, welcoming, and very well equipped to answer all my questions, they were even kind enough to include some swag. I would recommend Hey Bud to any of my friends and family and will definitely be returning in the future.
