I truly believe reviews are very important considering we put our money into these products businesses or services whatever it may be etc. I have been going to the same place for one year now, I don't really go anywhere else. Firstly, customer service at this particular spot has never disappointed me. I have worked customer service for 17+ years and they take care of me every time I'm in, which most times is every day lol.Secondly , because the prices are unbeatable. Jake, Ryan and Dave are my three favorite. Thank you for being the best MJ dispensary. And for those of you who are reading this review, amongst other really good reviews, you'll actually never know the level of satisfaction that you can retrieve unless you go in. THE WE STORE IS OP. I bought a cart from here plenty of times, a few of those the cart was leaking and I exchanged it no problems. This time my pen was "shorting" I spend $40 (unnecessary) for a new pen. NEW OUT OF BOX PEN SAYS "SHORT" so it's the cart not the pen. He AGREED WITH ME IT WAS THE CART and then told me I couldn't exchange it. Thank you for wasting $70 (including cart that doesn't work and pen i did not actually need) right on christmas. You're store is filthy and you carry next to no fun products. Only good thing is the price and obviously it's not worth it. 4/10 times my shit is broken. Don't go here. THE WE STORE IS OP.
It's just really disappointing when half the pre rolls they sell DO NOT SMOKE. No pull, no airflow at all on so many of these. I thought it was just a one off but two, three, five times later.. cmon. What a waste of money. So dissatisfied. Never again
They get a 2 star because I got some bad bud and they don't replace nothing I was told to refer to the company that makes the stuff they said to talk to the retailer it's totally up to the retailer to process any refund I even looked up the law online it's up to the retailer and they clearly don't care about the customer just making a sale so go to canna the red guys who also offer cheaper stuff because I've asked and those guys don't just want your money they want your loyalty and they got mine I get it's not their fault but you signed up to sell this stuff so least you could do is offer refund for a viable reason but all good I'll just end my business and go to the people who would actually take a refund
