Most of the staff is cool, but if you're disabled and you get seedy garbage, you get to eat that cost. Also the one of most knowledgeable people is gone, but Andre was the only person I could talk too, with the exception of one or two people everyone else makes me anxious.
I don't mind these things ( seeds, or super dry product, or underweighed ) happening every now and again, but it's been so consistent over the last few months, "OH THIS IS A GOOD PRODUCT" -staff member says and I get home and it has seeds in it.
I'm sick of it, I'm shopping elsewhere as of now, I'm never going in the shop again.
It's not like y'all sell kilos, but losing customers is not good for any business. If you're losing me, you're gonna be shredding other customers because I used to work in retail and understand how hard it can be and I try to have patience for these things.
But the consistently AWFUL quality of the products with nothing done make it right or replace the product ( you have to hope that the company who made the product will respond to your email ) has driven me away from this place. The breaking point was with your new staff member.
I can barely walk, if you're disabled just don't go here, they don't even have a ramp for wheelchair users. If you still insist on going here, only get Tribal, or Frasier Valley. Regardless, it's insulting to disabled folk and I've spent $60 on some garbage someone said that had helped them and should help me and it didn't.
Every time I took ..
