I wish I could give 0 stars!!! What used to be my favourite store, I will never even consider going to again. I have came to this store nearly weekly for several months, up until today.
Upon entering I was greeted by a women ( young, long straight gingery hair) I have spoken to on many occasions. Mind you this woman has had 10 minute conversations with me in the past, checked my id multiple times, looked up products for me, etc.
during my visit today she told me my I.D didn't look like me. I said, but you have used this multiple times and I come here weekly??
She said- yes I know that, but now it doesn't look like you.
I was in utter disbelief. I would understand if I was a new customer or something was off, but I come here regularly and I use this I.D everywhere I go.. as it is my DRIVERS LICENSE.
Needless to say, Ganja Garden has lost all my future sales because of this women- All for her less than a minute of feeling good about herself trying to be superior.
Your customers should feel welcome and valued, not like an outsider who is all of a sudden refused a sale.
Don't waste your time going to a place that is rude to their customers.
