Nice prices came a few times, but heavy set woman working in the morning has an attitude is pretty rude. Polite to some customers, others can see the disgust in her face and way she addresses one person to the next. Makes you not want to come back.
I went and bought some weed there. I was looking at the product packaging to check the package date and THC levels and the dude working there gripped the jar and wouldn't let go like I was going to steal it. Better off going to your street dealer than these guys treating there paying customers like their thiefs. Bad customer service. At least at my street dealer I can looks at the buds and smell it before deciding which strain to buy at these fools they make it difficult just to try to read the packaging without being treated like a criminal. Forget trying to see and smell the buds at any of these legal stores or trying to return or switch your strain if you didn't like it. Poor customer service. Discriminatory and prejudice employees. I would never spend another cent at this place and would advise people not to waste their time and money with them as well.

Their stuff is good, it's generic nothing super unique about it but why 1 star cause have faced this with one of their bud tenders(female) who is pretty damn racist. It happened a bunch of times where we saw she was speaking nicely and being very friendly to the customer(white guy) before us and then couldn't even say hello or smile when she was helping us and literally tossed the packet at my bf!!!! Like we are paying for it and that's how your shop runs so what's with all these racist stuff??? In this day and age people are ignorant and somewhat uneducated!!! SHOCKING
The blonde sales attendant took a 10 minute washroom break eventhough the sign said 5 and closed the store up. Customers were waiting outside and she threw a mini tantrum at us. When purchasing she rushed through and slammed the card machine. No smile not
even a thank you
