I have never had a bad experience with this store before and I am definitely a repeat customer by now. From showing up in person to getting delivery, it's all been a really great experience with very friendly staff that really do want nothing more but to help you out and give you a good experience. From in person to even chatting through their concierge channel on the website. 10/10! o7
First time going to this store. Very impressed how clean it is and well organized. Max helped me find what I needed. Very informative, knowledgeable, patient and very professional . The whole experience was a 10 out of 10. Looking forward to trying the product and definitely to go there again.
Omar was very helpful. he walked out to great me right as I was walking in. He had a very nice personality and helped me pick out my stuff. He was very patient with me as I dint know what to get. He showed me a couple of different things. Over all first experience was great. Staff is attentive and they seem to all like working here.
I had a fantastic experience at The Woods Cannabis Store! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the clean, welcoming, and modern layout of the store. It's clear that they put thought into creating an inviting atmosphere that makes customers feel comfortable browsing.
What truly stood out to me, though, was the excellent customer service. Hunter, one of the employees, went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive shopping experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the different strains and products, taking the time to explain the differences and make tailored recommendations based on what I was looking for.
Hunter's passion for the industry really shines through. He was friendly, approachable, and patient while answering all my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the whole experience even better. He even suggested some accessories that I wouldn't have thought of, which turned out to be great additions to my purchase.
