Honestly don't waste your time coming here.This store at Hyde park and Fanshawe rd likes to take their personal issue out on paying customers for no reason at all. Honestly I called in on Tuesday sept 5 at 9pm to ask if they were open, due to it being late. A manger answered the phone and I had asked about a specific strain was available. I was informed it wasn't, then I asked for an alternate statin, manager given the info, which ended up being in pre-rolls. I had asked how many came in the package? The manager then replied "I am unable to verify your age over the phone, therefore unable to provide anymore information. I then apologized and was hung up on by the manger (area) her name is Sarah or Amanda or Sonja, manger so I was told later after the fact. I then went to the store as it I close to my house, when I was inside the store I greeted the person that was there and confirmed I was speaking with them over the phone. The manager then agreed and explained they did not disconnect the call, and blamed me for hanging up. I then said no worries and asked for her name so I can introduce myself. she then said no and asked me to leave the store and walked to the back where employees go. WOW, I can't believe this. I was super friendly, cordial, and was refused of service because I asked for the employees name….. So I ended up going to paramount across the street, because I was left in the store with the manager in the back. Who does this as a manger an hour befor ..

These guys are amazing, decent prices and selection but frankly i come back because of the workers. They are friendly, respectful, and know their stuff really well. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a dispensary.
