We have been going to this location since they had opened. Yesterday we experienced the worst customer service ever! The lady misinformed my husband on a product, telling him it was labeled incorrectly. I did not feel comfortable smoking it after hearing this so I sent my husband back to see if she could exchange it. She was rude and unprofessional about the matter and instead of handling it in a professional manner she gave attitude and told my husband he should have bought something else instead. The manager was kind enough to contact me and explain the THC levels of the product to us so we had a better understanding of the product.(which was not mislabeled, as she had told us) Unfortunately, because of our experience with the female employee we will not be returning.
