Regretfully won't be supporting Collective Growers any longer. Was sold a defective cartridge, their employe was kind enough to point out the defect in the product they sold me. When asked for a refund or exchange I'm directed to the 1-800 number on the back of the product with a "maybe they'll do something for you". There are many dispensaries in this city who stand by their products and customers Collective Growers does not.

We arrived 10min before the store closed, the employee looked very upset and served us while clearly rushing. She gave terrible customer service and care. We regret even buying stuff from them and will never come back again. Neither should you.
