My experience here was horrible as I was met with the most rude and unprofessional customer service from a particular individual who was there in the 11AM time frame today. I asked her politely if I can bring me dog in with me, she didn't answer at first and rolled her eyes. She told me to ask the other customer inside ordering! I did not ask and I just said I would wait for him to leave the store as he was the only one in there, apart from the employee. Long story short...she told me that she uncomfortable with big dogs. But the training policy I have read states that all employees are trained to deal with ppl of disabilities (me) and their service animals. How can she do her job appropriately if she is not comfortable around bigs dogs, IE. service animals? I asked her for the dog policy, she rudely stated there isn't one. Very bad experience for me. All other employees seem to be nice, not this one...Last time coming here.

6 months ago there was a review for the desk lady being rude, the only statement the company represented themself with was "fake name with a fake review" and after my first visit here I can say it's not a fake review. After watching the employee smoke in their buick suv and enter the store before me, I walked in and asked if that must be neat to be able to have sesh breaks while working yk. Her response was "okay, anyways" with a rude tone. After asking for which disposables were available she mumbled which ones were which and I asked her to repeat herself. She was hesitant to start speaking and came off as uninterested in serving me, so I walked out as any sane person would do. Never coming back here again, especially if they say this was a fake review. I just seen what you guys replied with, you guys are jokes 😂

Miserable staff and I'm not the only one pointing this out. Defensive and rude for no apparent reason. The fact that the one diverse girl is still there means she got dirt on the owner Lmaooo.
